We’ve added new toasts to the menu! The recipes are better than that wordplay, I promise.
The Smoked Salmon Toast! Salmon is on the breakfast menu to stay; it is far to yummy to only keep around while we’re running a special. From the bottom up: hand-cut Sesame Semolina Toast, Dill Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Campari Tomato, Roasted Red Onion, and Cucumber.
Spinach Herbed Ricotta Toast! Greens are especially flavorful now that the weather is nice, and they shine in this new recipe. Hand-Cut Country French toast, spread with Herbed fresh Ricotta, topped with Spinach and Arugula, and garnished with julienned Radish.
Nut Butter Toast! Peanut butter is so passé compared to our new nut butter, y’all. Hand-cut 5 Grain toast, spread with housemade Almond-Sunflower Butter, drizzled with Leider’s local wildflower Honey and a touch of Sea Salt.
